- Return & exchange process can be completed by contacting us at +965......, and by providing the necessary documentation.
- Customers can request a return for online orders for free, scheduled within two (2) weeks from the return request, according to schedule.
- Customers may return or exchange their purchases within fourteen (14) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned or exchanged products are in the original condition they were purchased in.
- Customers are not entitled to return or exchange used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were prepared upon customer’s request, or products that were already installed at the customer’s site.
- In case of returning purchases without replacing them with other products of the same or higher value; the remainder value can be refunded to the customer using the same method it was purchased by (Credit Card /Debit Card).
- Bank card purchases (credit/debit) will be refunded to bank accounts within 15 days.
- When making a return please login to your account and request a return.
- Special orders, custom-made orders and display piece may not be returned nor exchanged.
