We’d love to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
• Order before 12:00 noon (Saturday–Thursday) → delivered the same day
• Order after 12:00 noon → delivered the next day
• Friday orders (any time) → delivered on Saturday
- Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
- If due to any unforeseen circumstance, delivery is delayed but completed on the same day in a later slot, Bubbles And Paws is not liable to refund the delivery charges.
- If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Simply contact our Customer Support team at support@bubblesandpaws.com, and we’ll schedule another delivery date that suits you better
- To reschedule your delivery, please WhatsApp on +965 95591163 at least 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery appointment.
