Payment:

All prices listed on this website are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). All transactions will be processed in the specified currency.

Prices are subject to change at any time; however, this will not affect orders placed before the change takes effect. If, for any reason, payment collection through the selected service fails, Our Agent will issue an invoice and the amount must be paid in cash upon delivery.

In the event that a purchased product becomes permanently unavailable after payment has been processed, Our Agent will either offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund. Please note that cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been successfully processed.

Product Exchange

Products can be exchanged if they are returned in their original packaging, in good condition, and accompanied by the original invoice. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
